First off, I’m so very sorry about how long it has taken me to update this. Life got in the way of a lot of things since my last update.

For those of you who don’t know, I have a toddler, who is starting to get over being non-verbal. He started a special program at the beginning of September. It’s also helping a lot with his social skills. The adjustment to him being out of the house 4 hours a day, 5 days a week took some getting used to.

I also changed jobs from something that was primarily at night to a M-F day job. I started that job 2 weeks ago, still adjusting to not having to be up all night.

I have, somewhat slower than I would like, been updating the Etsy shop, so far I have a plethora of micro octopus and a few dice bags. I do have more dice bags that still need ties added as well as octojelly, scarves, blankets and other random amigurumi to add to the shop.

As for this blog, I’ve been doing a lot of research and looking into old crochet patterns to try, and also to make sure the still aren’t copyrighted before I add them to the blog. I’m hoping to get a few written up and on a publishing schedule soon.

I’ve also been working on YouTube scripts for recording purposes. I plan on teaching stitches and simple patterns. I will not be doing copyrighted patterns as I respect the work of others to much to make free videos on patterns that cost money or that the designers have made themselves.

Once I figure out all the various schedules for everything, I’ll let all of you know.
