Anise Cookie Black Tea: Tea Co Benner

So this is not one from my advent calendar.

It is from my mom’s advent calendar.

Before brewing, the scents reminds me of warm sugar cookies.

After brewing its definitely giving cookie flavor. Which I was not expecting given that it is a black tea.

I did use slightly to much water longer brew time than is recommended, as I had this at work and not with my usual brewing set up.

All that said, this in one I would drink on a regular basis.

I will update this when I get home and figure out how to obtain more.

Cookie Tea : Almond Cookie Herbal

This is an interesting one. I haven’t even tasted it yet, but it smells like baking season and has a 10 minute steeping time.

Ingredients: Apple pieces, almonds, cinnamon pieces, beetroot, flavoring. This does contain nuts.

This is a loose-leaf tea.

These can be purchased at www.cookietea.com

Ok, now that its has time to steep.

This tastes like a liquid almond liquid cookie. The beetroot turns the tea pink, but does not affect the taste of the tea at all. This is a somewhat sweet tea, but does not contain any caffinee
